Q. What is the duration and fee of the course?

It is a 2 month course. The fee for students is Rs 6000 and the fee for working professionals is Rs 8000

Q. Will there be live lectures?

There will be live lectures on weekends which will also be available for you to download. In addition, we also proved recorded lectures on different topics essential to understand the subject.

Q. What if I’m unable to attend the live lectures?

You can access the recorded lectures incase you miss the live lectures

Q. Can I access the course material after completion of my certification?

Yes, you get a lifetime access to the entire course material.

Q. Is the fee refundable?

No, the fee is non refundable. We would suggest you to go through the structure and modules of the course thoroughly before enrolling yourself so you can make the right decision.

Q. Can I make the payment in installments?

No, the fee will be a one time payment and is inclusive of taxes.

Q. What are the passing marks?

The passing percentage is 50%.

Q. What is the eligibility criteria for the course?

There is no bar on who can or cannot do this course, but this course is best suited for Lawyers or aspiring lawyers who are looking to build a career in Intellectual Property.

Q. What will happen if fail the exam?

In case you are not able to pass the exam in your first attempt, you will get another chance to appear for the exam with the upcoming batch. If you fail to clear the exam in the second attempt as well, you will have to register as a fresh participant by paying the entire fee.

No re-attempt is permitted if you miss/fail to appear for the exam.
